Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges will happily be made with standard pieces within five (5) days of receipt of your purchase.  If customization is requested, items cannot be returned/exchanged UNLESS the issue is my fault.  So please be sure that your customization request is spelled correctly on the customization order page.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
