It has a white/navy blue anchor fabric on the outside with a coordinating fabric on the inside.  Pockets for handy storage on the outside and inside.  The whole tote can be washed. This bag measures 14" tall, 20" long and 8 1/2" wide.  This tote also has a canvas top with a heavy duty zipper.
